Small Group Training

Every one knows that having a friend, family member or significant other to work out with is motivating and fun. Small Group Training brings together people that have similar goals of weight loss, strength gain, and increased cardiovascular fitness. This will help you look your best for much less out of pocket.

Classes begin with a dynamic warm up including stretching and core work. Next, with a focus on max efforts, our 3-6 exercise fat burning circuit training will leave you feeling lean and wanting more. Finally our heavy strength exercises  will send you home with enough stimulus to promote muscle growth for optimal muscle definition. Group Training is available in 2-6 person groups.
